关于BBB和贿赂：有这回事吗？

有个contractor乱来，给俺造成一些损失。俺威胁要报告BBB。结果对方说愿意做一些事情让我放弃。我说那你赔我损失的一半300元吧。
对方声称，我在索贿。已将text message报告县执法官。也已报告BBB。县执法官会收拾我。
大伙听说过这回事吗？
