Still very affordable

I don't know much about 公寓. The house is still very affordable in my opinion. You can search Veria Fl in zillow to get a general idea. I like Viera because it is a Master Planned Community with natural reserve, bike tracks, nice golf course and great shopping center. Houses are usually with high ceiling and modern design. Other nearby place to recommend is Indialantic Beach or Satellite Beach if you prefer to be closer to the ocean. However, houses in Indialantic Beach or Satellite Beach are generally older, dated and more expensive. Cocoa Beach is too touristy for my taste but may not be a bad idea if you plan to do vacation rental.
