那个合算？

在湾区，是在一般学区买房子，送孩子去私立学校好，还是在好学区买房子好？转了半天，好学区的房子太破了，没法看，而且供房比较难受。俺不太指望房市能在几年内缓过来，不想在孩子毕业俺想搬出好学区时房子还没有涨多少。
