终于迈出了第一步

经过几番周折，最后终于买了一个投资房，一个一年半新的Townhouse.。找个新点儿的开始，少点维修的麻烦，免得第一步迈出去被吓着了。请问各位专家，这么新的房子还需要验房工程师验房吗？
