huge diff b/w top 0.1% and 0.1-1%

top .1% cannot be done without owning business. owning business gets u many ways to lower tax bracket.

u can get to 0.1%-1% thru just high paying white collar w2 jobs (doctors, lawyers, bankers, small to mid-size company executives). this is prob the worst location tax wise. lots of income. no where to hide.
