请人搬家，发现洗衣机接口有点漏水，他们就把总水闸关了。后来我又请了管子工来修好了漏水处。 结果等所有人都走了，才发现热水没了。 再一看，热水器火灭了，再也打不着火了。 PGE还要过两天才能来看。

请教各位是否有类似经历， 怎么处理？
