请教出租房换flooring 的问题。

话说一个REO的房子。 地毯是2010年换的。 基本保持的还好。  有一些污垢，但可以清除。

问题是应该换Laminate 还是就清洗地毯？

换Laminate, $3300.

清洗地毯$250.
