it is indeed getting tighter. people can still use trust to hold properties. i have a feeling lenders are going to tight that up as well. the overall standard tighting-in will further chill the housing market. the tougher time is yet to come. do you smell blood in the street? I do, but more blood will be shed. it is going to get very ugly. hold on to your job, folks/
