I work at an university,a single mom with a 1.5 year old baby. there are two choices now, A is a coop building, 2 bedroom one bath apartment, less than 1000 squre feet,about $85000, nearby the campus(inside the city)and many facility like museum, library,but the school district is not good, and it can't be rent out(rule of coop). B is a small townhouse, 1300 sqaure feet,3 bedroom, 1 bath, in the good neiborhood(also in the city,15 min by bus), average condition, the school district is ok(good one in the city, but can't compare with those in surburb).price about 140000.
I like A for the price, excellent location,but have to sell it when my son go to school.For B, price is a little higher for me, but have more space,and i don't need to sell it because of the school district,and may rent out if move, location is also good.
please give me a suggestion,i may have to give the offer tomorrow.
