出租房换了个门估计只能算折旧了吧。怎么算呢？

是不是就把这个花费直接加到房屋待折旧的总额上按照原来的时间表算折旧？还是另外单独折旧这一项费用，如果这样按什么时间表来算呢？一并问一下，如果买了旧电器需要折旧是按几年时间算折旧呢？谢谢
