bro, I got great positive cash flow, hefty appreciation and 30-yr fix loan with historical low rate,
why should I plan to sell it?
The plan is set when I bot it. My kid's education fund and my retirement is on it. The only thing I need to mention is to build a good cash cushion for next down turn. And gun powder to load up next round.
Watching the price rising further, and rent moving up, isn't it better than lick the bleeding knife on stock market every day?
The longer I stay in the RE market, the more edge I build against others. Are u sure u can do the same in stock trading?
