想卖房，但与房客一年的租期11月30日才到期，咋办？

我可以给多少天的notice让他们搬走吗？
这是一个白玉房。市价$3150/月。我租$2850/月。只求有好房客。
可此家人780的credit score，太picky。上月还晚一天交租。我电话要来的。
1，抱怨bath room镜子有裂缝。会酿成大祸。这是customized Built in wall 镜子。只有很小裂缝（总镜宽的1/4），已7年了。难换且贵。
2，抱怨冼碗机洗不干净，需前、后人工冼。且dry cycle不工作（这我第一次听她说）。我已经答应换新的。其实home warranty来过N次，换了马达和主板。说已换无可换。
3，抱怨地毯是旧的，如同走在地板上。其实8lb pad。steamed washed、well maintained, 8 years old
4, 抱怨pantry door及吊灯顶有一小洞（我当时沒注意到）。已答应修。
5，抱怨草地有杂草，让我除草，他们只割草。合同中说lawn mantainance是他们的责任。


我尤其受不了白人富女们说话不容商量、趾高气扬的样子。
所以想赶走他们。哪怕卖半年一载也认了。

他们正在建1.2米house。12月完工。本市0.5米的房子己很豪了。
