有诚信,有担当的人才为他人倚重。至于你后半句所说有关建立团队,这是个人的领导能力(leadership),leadership 不是挥舞着大刀喊冲喊打,而是自身lead by example,有冷静的思考能力,决策能力,能够带领团队一起拼搏而不只是指点江山,出了事情不point fingers, 是自己的错,敢于承担应有的责任,这样下属/大伙儿才愿意和这样的人一起同甘苦共患难,愿意追随他/她。
在职场上也是一样,I would rather my team respect me by my experience or by my personality, not by fear base. Keep in mind, respect is earned, not given, same as trust.
