紧急 求助， 上法庭， 赶租客，三个月没有交租金

请问有住VA的大侠吗？
LD 今天去法庭，以为马上就判决。 尤其那个人没来，派了老公来， 我朋友说一般本人不来， 就判赢的。
到我这里怎么变了呢？  结果要么下周再次上庭， 要么今天调解。 都忙了半天了。 一个月前，去county court 递申请。
拿到今天的号 ， 还不判？  谁可以帮忙？  可以申请garnishment of wage ?
