我就是在米兰钱包被偷，Chase卡马上被盗用，我手机马上就收到alert. 我打电话给客服，

完全是美国国内电话的打法。我出境从来不贪便宜，仍用美国手机服务，宁可出每天$10漫游费，其实一个billing circle最多$100. 我不愿意切断美国国内的正常联系方式。
