Not want anyone's sympathy - there is no need for sympathy. Just voice my feeling and yes, I still feel they are stupid. The whole operation is a mess, no logic, no efficiency and completely ignorant.

For example, there is no logic to ask for hotel bill - what does it prove? And when the hotel bill shows 0, she did not want to listen to the reason why one can stay in hotel without paying. Besides, what if there is no hotel bill? Put us in jail?
