還有就是我粗淺的觀察，西醫很缺乏自己的理論。它的功效其實來自其它學科的加持。

for instance, physics and engineering gave x-ray and the MRI machines, biology gave genetic theory and so on. It is like a pond into which so many branches of sciences converge. But where is its own view of its object (the human physiology)?

Chinese medicine has a consistent and well developed theory for itself but never enjoyed this privilege as to receive supports from other sciences. No wonder it can be very lame at times.

Chinese medicine should feel free and comfortable to capitalize the MRI machines, the genetic theory and so on.
