There is only one truth but composed with a collection of facts. Therefore one can always manipulate with the facts in order to create a desired link among them, that is, to create an Event (事件) which is to suggest a fake truth. Since the facts can be verified (if the person isn't lying), the person declares: Look, my conclusion is backed up by facts!
