关键不是马政府应否下台，而是台湾政府从风灾学到了什么！

关键不是马政府应否下台，而是台湾政府从风灾学到了什么！台湾的政府和精英阶层是否进行了深刻反思，台湾的行政系统是否进行了检讨并制订了未来针对类似灾害的防灾减灾详尽预案。我想，台湾民众，台湾政府以及台湾的经济和政治都承受不起再一次这样的灾难和疏失了。
