It seems you didnt get my point or you never try to. I am not blaming Ma or Liu. What I want to say is that there are huge rooms for the government (no matter Ma or Chen) to improve. At least dont let the tragedy happened once more. The tragedy I point here is the human casualty. Nobody can avoid property lost, but can they try harder to prevent life lost?
