主要是barre dancing, power yoga and weight lifting once a week. I do not like being bulky, I have seen female body builder champion in my gym. Her body is inpressive but scary when seeing closer...What I want is lean, strong, a little bit muscle definiton but not bulky.

我增肌时就是weight lifting + eat enough!! :) 吃的不够,永远增不了肌肉。尽管很多人不信,经历了就知道是真理:D
