The only problem I have is not consistent. We have very similar workout schedule: running and weight training. I normally run at least 30 minutes, 3 mile +. And another 30 mins stretch and weight training. In addition,I also play tennis 1-2 times a week.
What weight traning do you use for legs? How many repeats?
I never worried about my weight throughout college and first 10 years working. Moving to Canada, plus slow metablism after 30s, I quickly gained 20 pounds +. I am working hard to lose these pounds and go back to my size 4. Not an easy job.
