I might be a little bit misleading. My back pain is not a back spasm, less server than his. But by telling my own experience, I wanted you guys to know sometimes your body just cannot react to your order. It's not something mental, but rather physical. Just like you cannot lift 2000 lbs, no matter how much heart, passion, love, strength, whatever it is. Just throw out my 2 cents to put into perspective.
