As the comics industry's biggest Jeremy Lin fan, I do indeed have unsolicited opinions regarding his debut as a Laker tonight!

1. Yeah, shooting 0-6 was bad. And 1-3 on free throws is wildly uncharacteristic for him - he's about an 80% FT shooter, as I recall. But we know he can score. I think that'll come.

Just one game so far, of course. But maybe the big difference between LA and Houston is that I think Scott knows his team needs Lin.

Scott's giving Lin the time and space for him to do what he does. If he keeps that up, he'll reap huge rewards.
