Brazil, Italy and Germany ...

The top WC holders:  it took 24 years for Brazil to get its 4th cup (1970-1994).  It also took 24 years for Italy to get its 4th WC (1982-2006).  Germany won its 3rd WC in 1990.  This year 2014 is 24th anniversary of Germany's 3rd WC.  So is this year Germany's year?
