Which is better for Lin, ren qi or good chemistry with teammates

When you can't play well in court, ren qi is useless garbage. When you play well in court, you don't need ren qi. And good chemistry helps Lin play better. Ren qi can help Lin get starting job? Mchale and Morey don't give it a damn.
