i dont believe any coach ever order his player to intentuonally hurt an opponant player...execpt for the idiot isiah thomas did it once verbally, and he was critizied for playing a tough mouth game over the media.
other coachs have the rights to upset went seeing his team constantly leave open space for penatration, he will call timeout and shout at his players. in response to that his players would take it personal and defend in a harder way. i dont see anything wrong about it.
