消除一些对美式橄榄球的偏见兼扫盲

国人对橄榄球有太多的偏见。综合如下：
野蛮，易受伤，对身体要求高等。其实那一项竞技运动是不对身体要求高和不易受伤的呐。身体接触的项目不说（冰球，篮球）。非身体接触的项目如排球，羽毛球的运动员们也是一身伤。几乎所有对身体极限的挑战（速度，力量，弹跳，灵敏）都伴随着受伤的可能。
橄榄球是一项在球类中最复杂，最要求战术协调的运动。他的媚力在于在高速，强力，瞬间中完成复杂的战术配合。11个人分工不同却要为一个目标在几秒钟内完成配合。
