My reason is that Morale is not as important as it was in the past in mainland China. This is a well known fact, not a stereotype. You should know this very well from what have been happening in China, such as fake food, fake milk, fake .... Most of those who signed having Pinying name, implying they were brought up in China. The environment will influence peoples' point of view.
