小林提高实力，with or without Melo.

Lin needs to focus on himself, not Melo. If Lin gets better, provides decent alternative, if Melo doesn't fit in, he will be out of the door. If Lin isn't improving much, he has to comply with Melo or whatever star they get in to replace Melo.
