We can't blame coach for the lose and give credit to the players for the win.

Media is not very friendly with him. Yeah, he's ugly, and his voice is like cracked glass, but he's coaching, and his resume surely speaks for himself. The job he did in Miami, and then got back-stabbed. Now he turned around the Magic team within 2 years. He's just like his brother, dedicated and no-nonsense, and very intelligent.
