Remeber the record of the Cowboys last year? At the end of last year, the cowboys as a team lost all games they could/should have won. They may have a lot of talents but the team lacks of clutch and toughness in big games. That's probably the biggest reason why Bill quit.

This year, they have a better record but in playoff it is the same.
