Arsenal Football Club is entirely owned by American billionaire Stan Kroenke through his holding company, Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE). [1]
Stan Kroenke initially became a shareholder in 2007, gradually increased his stake, and bought out the club entirely to take full ownership in 2018. His son, Josh Kroenke, serves as the Co-Chair and oversees much of the day-to-day operations and club strategy in London. [1]
