问一个足球人墙的问题

最近10年，除了世界杯，很少看足球比赛转播了。今天看英格兰和德国比赛，罚直接任意球时，防守方依旧会排成人墙，今天看到人墙后居然还有第二道防线，地上躺个队员，预防人墙队员跳起来，踢球的会用滚地球突破人墙。什么时候开始的？似乎不多见，谁是首创，英格兰？
