中国大使是要把＂美国人民，商业和美国机构＂与美国政府分开吗？这不是中国人的认知! 在中国，政府是代表那三个的

没有中国政府，中国人民，中国商业，中国机构连P也不是。

哈哈，中国大使发推：
1）感谢美国人民，美国商业，美国机构对中国抗击病毒的支持和帮助 。
2）中美是同一条船上共同面对全球公共卫生和其他挑战，中美应合作，结成伙伴关系共同抗击病毒，恢复发展经济建立人民对经济全球化的信心。 

美国怎么会和中国在一条船上呢？大使是要抛弃与美国政府合作，转而和美国人民，商业和机构结成伙伴关系吗？！
