橄榄油油浸的美食

地中海美食最大特点是喜用橄榄油。希腊、意大利、西班牙都是盛产橄榄油的地方，得此先天便利，地中海菜式中自然少不了橄榄油的踪影。

中国人喜欢用盐腌制咸菜，地中海的居民则是对于橄榄油油浸有着自己独到的历史。

很多食材都可以用橄榄油油浸: 蔬菜、海鲜、肉类和奶酪，配上百里香、迷迭香、罗勒等香料，然后浸泡在健康美味的橄榄油中。等到时机成熟，可以拿出来食用，配面包，意大利面条和披萨饼都是不错的选择。

配上橄榄面包，可以是头道。
