想求稳定，出医疗行业吧

本人经常在这里得到鼓励帮助，今天也想和大家分享点经验，尤其在这个特殊的困难时期。


本人有化学背景的硕士，（其实本科就够了），参加了一年的medical technolog school,集中培训后考了一个证书，证书没考前，一年的medical technolog school 还没上玩，就有两个offers 了，其实我并没大量申请，只是附近几个医院。我们班上8个人全有offer. 医院给办H1B，费用都是他们出。起薪不多，有的4 万，好的 middle 40K,但过一两年跳槽就会涨到50 K，大医院工资会高些， 涨得快。也可以去公司里做clinical development lab,salary is much higher. 大部分医院福利都不错。大部分医院是非营利的，H1B 不受名额限制，工作稳定，现在大部分LAB WORK FORCE 接近退休年龄。每年招生有限，不会供过于求的，所以一辈子工作不用愁。想想化学或生物的硕士同学如果去一般的公司薪水有能多多少呢。很多医院里边的medical technology school 或一些大学里的这个program 都缺falcuty,最低硕士就可以。所以如果你拿到证书，有了一点medical lab 的工作经验，机会还是很多的。很多LAB 都是自动化，还是挺干净的。
