I already complained to my boss through email messages. These records may be useful someday.However, I have not skipped the level since the proposal event. I know that he is very sensitive about reporting up. I choose to keep it quiet and hope ...Anyway, it has been a good experience so far because it made me grow and learn.

A suggestion to everyone: do not rush to any actions before you know new boss's personality and style. I did similar thing to another boss 10 years and the response is very positive.
