回复：Interstate highway 超速，警察让出庭，会不会坐牢？

罪名两条：soeeding26MPH>speed limit; failure to give right of way to emergency stopped vehicle。第二条很冤枉，真的是不知道警车在盯自己，怎们让法官dismiss第二条呢？先谢了。
