非常感谢上面各位的建议和答复，我现在纳闷的是，开罚单的警察建议我去法庭hearing

从各位的答复来看，我去法庭几乎没有赢的可能，但是，当时的警察却建议去法庭hearing, 不要去上课。他说留着上课的机会给以后用。他还说如果是speeding或者闯红灯，就建议去上课去掉点数。
