Not I know of in LR4

Here is what I tried:

- Turn off the chromatic aberration correction, and play with CA luminosity.  This only alleviates some and is hit or miss:(

- Increase sky brigtness a little to reduce the artifacts. As you pointed out, impact of the photo will be reduced:(

As you can see, none of the above is satisfactory.  However, I think there should be more options in CS, such as pixel level adjustment. Another option is the good old fashion way: a deep red optical filter.  I even brought one, but got no chance to try it.  Of course, that is for your next trip and your futurs dreamy photos:)
