请推荐一款单反，谢谢了

想买个单反，目的纯粹是为了给孩子们照大头近照和运动照，还有就是晚上也能拍出好照片的。

我对单反一无所知。不知道懂行的能否给推荐合适的牌子及型号， 配什么样的镜头。
