求教：佳能EOS Rebel T3，加币649，值得买吗？

我想买个相机，希望能够长期使用。不知Costco的这个Deal怎样？是否值得我这样的新手拥有？

加币649圆，外带两个镜头，一个包包。恳请前辈指点，谢谢！
