回复：It is not a 'Fei Pian'. It is a shot of

a great moment of your daughter. Some areas to watch in future:

1. Shutter speed;
2. Use manual exposure (not sure what camera you used);
3. Flash exposure is slightly over (watch her left cheek);
4. Motion blurs caused by your hands.

Not much you can do with PS. But it is still a good picture to keep.
