请教两个闪光灯的问题，并送两个礼物（图）

昨晚也学空姐拍水珠。整晕了，才拍到几个傻傻的木偶人。没有extension, 水龙头不够近，我把碗放在案台上，对好焦，一边手按快门线，一边手用滴管挤牛奶。碗里面是用做蛋糕的红色颜料加水和牛奶的混合物。

用了外闪，可是一片煞白，后来用内闪解决的。虽然还没掌握，但是觉得挺好玩的，想再尝试。

想请教的是：

1，我的外闪是尼康SB600。作为remote flash unit使用的时候，是不是没办法在闪光灯上调整曝光补偿？我用了相机的曝光补偿来减曝，但是没有效果。

2，每次引闪过后，SB600都要“喘好久的气”才能开始下一次的使用，是这样的吗？我等得真着急，眼睛一直盯着它看。：（
