This part is very important. It is the reason why photography is getting so popular these days. And instant feedback in digital photography is also helping with the technical side of photography.

And equipment cost for digital photography is not that much more than film photography. The camera will cost a little more, but lenses and flash lights, etc will cost the same as film case.
