If you are looking for the dust on CCD or CMOS, this is what I did (which is also recommended from internet) -

1. Zoom your lens to Max (eg. 200 on a 18-200 lens),
2. Turn your lens to MF mode and focal to Max
3. Take photo on white paper.
4. In photo editing tools, auto-level on the output picture.

It is difficult to be dust free. But I think the result is acceptable when you taking normal pictures.
