Since I sold the D100, added D80 and D50, now I can easily go to ISO800, still have better noise control than the D100 at ISO400, so my 35-70 F2.8 see much more use with the enhanced ISO performance.

But overall I still carry my 50mm F1.4 around for those extreme difficult light conditions like Aquarium, or places where flash is not allowed.( the 50mm 1.4 is so small, it literally can fit in your shirt pocket )
