based on report it's a good lens, but not as good as the Nikon 70-200.
Personally I really like to see a Nikon 24(35)-120 F2.8 type of lens available sometimes in the future, for now I am sticking with my 35-70mm, 50 F1.4.
for the price it is a good buy, depends on whether this can fit your budget and your intended use.
