王杰，西安人。曾簽約飛碟唱片（後被華納唱片收購）和英皇娛樂（EEG)。 1987年踏入歌壇，在台灣出道。用一首首包含深情的歌曲，迎來了上萬的歌迷。 21世紀向香港和內地發展，大力發展歌唱事業。相繼在香港體育館和全國各地體育館舉行演唱會，並場場爆滿。其中在2001年香港體育館舉行的演唱會最為著名，一時間王杰成了人人追捧的偶像。代表作有歌曲《一場遊戲一場夢》、《幾分傷心幾分痴》、《傷心1999》、《安妮》等；電影《七匹狼》、《至尊無上之永霸天下》《新警察故事》 、《賭神之神》、《戰龍在野》等。

Having failed in eliminating their rival, the previously inimical companies
contracting John and Jane temporarily put aside their differences to end the problem of the Smiths, driving them closer together in survival instinct. The last third of the movie is the fight of John and Jane against the joined forces
of their companies, culminating in a final showdown reminiscent of the climax in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
